Termination

The Terms and Conditions are effective unless and until terminated by either you or Biba Lives. You may terminate the Terms and Conditions at any time. Biba Lives may also terminate the Terms and Conditions at any time and may do so immediately without notice, and accordingly deny you access to the Site, if in Biba Lives  sole discretion you fail to comply with any term or provision. Upon any termination by either you or Biba Lives.

Product Information

You should appreciate that vintage clothing has been worn and is not in perfect condition. We try our best to describe each item as accurately as possible and to provide detailed information regarding the condition of the item. We have also made every effort to display the colours of items as accurately as possible. However, as the actual colours you see will depend on your monitor, we cannot guarantee that your monitor's display of any colour will be accurate. While we strive to give you the most accurate sizing information possible, non-metric weights and measures are approximate.

Secure Payment

Biba Lives uses WorldPay secure card processing technology to protect the security of your credit or debit card information as it is transmitted to us.

1. Any transactions between you our customer and Biba Lives will be completely secure, we use the highest technology to ensure any transactions are totally safe.

2. Your transactions will be dealt with through WorldPay the largest global on-line holding company.

3. All credit cards are vetted for fraud and misuse

4. Credit cards accepted by Biba Lives are as indicated at the bottom of this page.

Returns Policy

Domestic Returns:

We will not accept items returned with the sales tags or stickers  removed. Thus, you should not remove the tags until you are sure you plan to keep the item. All returns must be shipped within 48 hours of delivery. Items returned after this time may not be accepted. Biba Lives does not issue refunds. Upon receipt of the returned item, we will issue you a Store Credit Voucher in the amount of your purchase, minus shipping and handling costs, which are non-refundable.

Please Note: Store Credit Vouchers are valid for six months from the date of issue, after that the credit will be void and will no longer be available and will be forfeited.

In order to return an item, you must:

1. E-mail us at returns@bibalives.com  24 hours of delivery of the item.

2. In the e-mail:

a. Describe in detail any problem with the merchandise (Note: flaws or stains already described on the Site in the item description are not permissible grounds for returning the item).

b. Provide the original order number and the shipping number (available on the shipping slip).

3. Return the merchandise via the same carrier that delivered the item to you.

4. The returned item must be in the same condition as when it was sent to you; unworn and with the tags and stickers still attached.

5. Delivery charges are non-refundable.

International Returns

We currently will not accept returns for international purchases.

Complaints

1. If in the unlikely event that you have a complaint about our products or shopping experience, please contact us at sales@bibalives.com, it is our concern that you are wholly satisfied with the service and products we provide.

2. We endeavour to respond to complaints by email within 5 working days and to resolve them in writing a further 7 days.
